The filming of James Bond has been put on hold after Daniel Craig suffered an injury during filming for a fight scene.

The drama occurred at Pinewood Studios when something went wrong during a choreographed fight scene leaving the star in agony and needing treatment.

Extras were told to go home after the accident occurred, and bosses were said to be in panic mode.
They’re said to be particularly worried by the fact that their turnaround is so short with the film being due out in November.

A source told The Sun: ‘Filming deadlines are so tight, any sort of delay can bring mayhem to the schedules.’

But there’s no need to panic, a spokesman for the 46 year old said that he only suffered a sprain and that the delay will be minimal: ‘Daniel Craig sustained a knee sprain this week while shooting a fight sequence on the set of Spectre.

‘He will be filming on Saturday as planned.’
