Nickelodeon under fire for promoting Twitter account of 'American Pie' star Jason Biggs in spite of alleged lewd posts

Nickelodeon has come under fire from parents concerned about a series of lewd Tweets from actor Jason Biggs, whose account was promoted by the kids’ network.
Biggs, who is voicing the character of Leo in the network’s new reboot of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” had his Twitter account actively promoted by the "TMNT" page on the site. But the actor allegedly sent out, then deleted, a series of very graphic tweets directed at Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney’s wives.
According to screenshots obtained by Twitchy.com, the alleged messages in question suggest an extremely lewd sexual act involving Janna Ryan.
Biggs deleted the alleged tweets about Romney and Ryan, but continued to send out graphic messages, as well as retweeting messages from his wife Jenny Mollen, which are equally as graphic.
Users reached out to Nickelodeon sponsors like General Mills, Kellogs and Kraft Foods and threatened to boycott their products if they did not stop advertising on the network.
